on time and on budget sometimes problems arise that are
outside of our control.
You must contact us as soon as you discover any issues.
Do not ship the product back to us without talking to
us first (we do not accept any unauthorized returns).
Please note that
Canadian orders are subject to GST, Ontario orders are
subject to GST and PST.
At this time our US orders are not subject to taxes or
duty.
Payment
Our policy is that all
goods must be paid upon final approval by the client prior
to going into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard and
American Express.
In order to ensure the security of the transaction and
protect your credit card, payment is made ONLY by telephone.
We do not store your credit card information on any computer.
If there is a problem with your order we will work with you to ensure satisfaction however please note, we do not offer refunds.

All products go through quality inspection before they

Direct will work with you to solve any errors we
