How to Order
What we do for you, and how we
do it.
Even if you have never ordered off the
internet before we make things simple.
These are the steps your order should follow. We can do
it all in as little as 48 hours, but it may cost more
to do it. We advise 5-7 business days
to ensure safe delivery.
Cost:
Check our (online order form)
to figure out the cost of your signage. Unsure about the
size it should be or the material? give us a call or look
on our products page for a guide to the materials and
options.
We charge by the square foot so working out your costs
is easy.
Design:
Have your design ready? or only have a rough
idea? We will work with what you have. If you have files
for logos or pictures that will be a great help. Look
on our (File Help) to see what
kind of files get the best results. In most cases we will
do the design work for no additional cost. If there is
a lot of design work required we will let you know the
cost before we do anything.
Order
You can use the order form, phone or email your order
in. We will contact you and confirm the cost and get any
additional details needed for production. We will then
design your signage and email a .pdf proof to you. Once
you are completely happy with the design an confirmed
it by email or telephone we will move into production.
Payment
Once you have approved the prrof we will contact you by
phone for Credit Card Payment. Please do not send Credit
Card information by email.
Please note, we do not store credit card information on
any computer.
Production
Once payment has been processed we create your
signs/decals/displays and ship them out right away using
your chosen method.
Shipping
We ship using UPS, when a shipment leaves our warehouse,
an email will usually be sent to you containing tracking
numbers and delivery details. If you are concerned about
a delivery please call us and we can let you know it's
status.
